How to Remove Grass Stains
Grass stains are one of the most challenging types of stains to remove from fabrics.
Follow These Steps to Remove Grass Stains from Colored Clothes with Clorox® Clothes Stain Remover & Color Booster or Clorox® Clothes Powder Ultra Stain Remover:

RinseRinse the stain with cold water.

Apply
Apply Clorox® Clothes Stain Remover & Color Booster for colored clothes directly onto the stained area.
Alternatively, mix 1/4 scoop (7.5 g) of Clorox® Clothes Powder Ultra Stain Remover with water to form a paste, and apply it onto the stained area.

RubRub the fabric gently with the liquid or paste and let it sit for 5 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry on the fabric.

WashAdd your pretreated items into the washing machine with your favorite detergent and start your normal wash cycle. Just remember to always check the fabric care label and wash instructions before washing.
As an alternative, you can use Clorox® Clothes Stain Remover Spray to pretreat grass stains:

Turn onTurn nozzle to ON position.

ApplySpray Clorox® Clothes Stain Remover Spray directly onto stain until completely covered. For best results, treat the stain as soon as possible and apply on both sides.

RubRub gently and let it sit for 1-5 minutes. Do not allow product to dry on fabric.

WashWash as usual with your favorite detergent.
For best results wash at 40°C. If in doubt about fabric color, put 1 drop of Clorox® Clothes Stain Remover & Color Booster or Clorox® Clothes Stain Remover Spray on a hidden part of the fabric. Rinse after 5 minutes and dry. If there is no color loss you can safely use it. When using Clorox® Clothes Powder Ultra Stain Remover, dissolve 1 scoop in a cup with warm water and soak for 20 minutes in a hidden area of the clothes. Rinse, let it dry and compare this area of the clothes with the rest. If the color doesn’t change, you can safely use it.
