How to Clean and Disinfect Floors
Follow these steps to clean, disinfect and deodorize nonporous flooring with Clorox® Bleach or Clorox® Scented Bleach:

PrepFor best results, vacuum or sweep the floor before mopping to remove the excess dirt and other particles.

MopMop or wipe with a disinfecting solution of 1 cup (250 ml) of Clorox® Bleach or Clorox® Scented Bleach and 5 L of water.

WaitTo disinfect, allow the solution to contact the surface for at least 10 minutes.

RinseRinse and air dry.

PrepPre-wash surface.

MopMop or wipe with a disinfecting solution of 1 cup (250 ml) of Clorox® Multi-Purpose Cleaner and 5 L of water.

WaitTo disinfect, allow the solution to contact the surface for at least 5 minutes.

RinseRinse and air dry.
You may also use Clorox® 5×1 Disinfecting Household Cleaner to clean and disinfect nonporous flooring:

MopMop or wipe the surface with a disinfecting solution of ¼ cup of Clorox® 5x1 Disinfecting Household Cleaner and 1 L of water.

WaitTo disinfect, allow solution to contact the surface for at least 2 minutes.

Wipe or air dryWipe surface or allow to air dry.
Marble and other porous surfaces aren’t safe for bleach.
